Study of polyester-cotton blended fabric dyeing in non-aqueous medium dyeing system
This paper mainly investigate the dyeing process and method of disperse red 177 and alkali-free active red 2B for polyester/cotton blended fabrics at normal temperature and atmospheric pressure in non-aqueous medium dyeing system.After repeated research and testing,the final dyeing of red dye is one-bath one-step dyeing method.The results showed that a little water (100%-150%,owf) was used in dyeing system.The alkali amount was about 20g/L in one-bath one-step dyeing system.Compared with the conventional water bath dyeing,it can be obtained under normal pressure conditions in one-bath one-step dyeing system.As a result,the dyeing method was feasible and no water,no any dispersing agent was used during dyeing.Furthermore,this dyeing method is environmentally friendly because of the emission reduction was reduced during dyeing.
