Preparation and properties of high hydrophobic and hygroscopic poly (lactic acid)/polyurethane/graphene fibers for electrostatic spinning

This task propose that a series of graphene oxide/PLA nanocomposite materials were prepared by solution blending method, and a series of oriented graphene oxide/PLA nanocomposite fibers were prepared by electrostatic spinning method. In order to increase the strength of PLA composite membrane,a certain concentration of polyurethane (PU) was introduced. Finally, nanoscale inorganic particles (TiO2) were added into the composite solution to prepare the fiber. The fiber was prepared by scanning electron microscopy,x-diffraction,mechanical property test, thermal property analysis, infrared spectrum detection, and analysis of the hydrophilicity of the microstructure to the material. Finally,it was concluded that the increase of GO/PLA content would improve the mechanical properties, thermal properties and hydrophobicity of GO/PLA nanocomposites, and the porosity between the fibers of the nanocomposites would be reduced. When a certain proportion of PU was added to PLA,the mechanical properties of GO/PLA/PU increased, thermal properties decreased, hydrophobicity increased, but the number of pores decreased,i.e.the moisture permeability increased. After the addition of TiO2,the hydrophobicity decreased, but the porosity, moisture permeability, mechanical properties and heat resistance increased.
