On the Inheritance and Development of National Traditional Handicraft Fabrics

　　Firegrass cloth is a kind of traditional fabrics which is only reserved in Yi and Lisu nationalities,and its weaving technology is listed as the national intangible cultural heritage.In order to make the unique handicraft techniques and products of minority nationalities inherit and develop in todays society,and adapt to the current clothing design and production needs,this paper analyzes the traditional modeling characteristics and processing methods of traditional Turquoise cloth,combined with the current popular environmental protection 3R concept and modern clothing design theory,and strives to explore.The innovative application of fire grass cloth in modern fashion.
