A Framework of Integrated Service System of Ionospheric Scintillation Information

摘要：

　　The researchers,system designers and equipment operators may need related information of ionospheric scintillations for special wireless applications.A framework of integrated service system of ionospheric scintillation information is put forward,which could provide information services of the effects of ionospheric irregularities on trans-ionospheric radio signals to support related operations.
