A Foldable Circular Polarized Microstrip Antenna Array for Satellite Communication
A foldable circular polarized microstrip antenna array using dual-feed and with upper-end parasitic method is presented in this paper.We use the sequential-rotated feeding technique to improve the axial ratio bandwidth of the array.Moreover,the design of foldable method makes the antenna compact.Within the frequency from 1.98GHz to 2.2GHz,the simulated and measured results show that the antenna has a gain more than 10 dBi,an axial ratio less than 3dB and a voltage standing wave ratio less than 1.5.
