Design of Solid-state Microwave Source of High Efficiency and High Power for Microwave Plasma Lamps
Microwave plasma lamps are a new type of light source,especially suitable for high power illumination.Microwave plasma lamps have the advantages of full spectrum,low energy consumption and high luminous efficacy.They are mainly composed of a solid-state microwave source,a coupling cavity and a bulb shell.Among them,the efficiency of the solidstate microwave source must be more than 75%,and the power of it needs to reach 200W to meet the requirements of high luminous efficiency of light source.This paper introduces the design process of the final stage 200W power amplifier of a solid-state microwave source.The solid-state power amplifier can realize a stable output of 200W,and maintain the efficiency of power amplifier above 75%.
