Study on the construction of low ionosphere physical model in mid-low latitude
As a detailed one-dimensional time-dependent ion chemistry model,which includes 23 positive ions,11 negative ions and electronic coupled together via more than 157 reactions,physical model established in this paper calculates positive ions,negative ions and electron concentrations in ionosphere D and lower E regions.The calculations which are made by the physical model and the comparisons about the electron concentration profile with IRI-2012(International Reference Ionosphere-2012)empirical model under the same conditions have showed.The results show that this physical model generally describes the basic characteristics of low ionosphere(60km-120km)parameters,such as the distribution of electron density with height.
