Propagation characteristics of Finite Olver beams in chiral medium
Based on the Huygens diffraction integral and the ABCD transfer matrix of the chiral medium,the analytical expression of electric field distribution of the Finite Olver beam in a chiral medium is derived,and its propagation characteristics are explored.The results show that the Finite Olver beams split into the left circularly polarized beam and the right circularly polarized beam with different propagation trajectories in the chiral medium.The distributions of intensity depend on the chiral parameter of the medium and are strongly affected by the order of the beam.This study is expected to provide an insight into the interaction of structured light beams with chiral medium.
