Joint Power and Position Estimation for the Blind Signal using Particle Swarm Optimization
Utilizing the received power on the spatially distributed sensors can efficaciously infer the various characteristics of the active wireless transmitter.In this paper,the joint estimation problem of the transmit power and positions of one and multiple wireless nodes were studied,which was based on the received power by the sensors without any priori knowledge of its transmit power.A particle swarm optimization algorithm was proposed to estimate the transmitter locations and power.Such a method can achieve an original estimation without sufficient measurements from sensors.The particles were generated in the constrained testing area.And a signal initial position estimation algorithm was improved in this paper.The performance was verified through numerical simulations.
