An Electricalthermal Coulping Numerical Method for Inhomogeneous Medium Problems

　　In this work,a FEM-based algorithm for calculating the electrothermal coupling process with inhomogeneous conductivity is presented.Firstly,electrothermal coupling problems are analyzed and corresponding coupling equations are presented.Secondly,iterative solution procedures are used to solve the coupling equations.Then,treatments for handling inhomogeneous problems are proposed.Finally,numerical experiments are presented to validate the efficiency of this algorithm.
