Efficient Linear Array Synthesis Including Coupling Effects Utilizing Quantum Search Algorithm and Active Element Pattern
A novel method incorporating the active element pattern(AEP)into the quantum search algorithm(QSA)procedure is presented to efficiently synthesize linear microstrip antenna arrays including mutual coupling.The proposed method has better pattern synthesis accuracy than the gravitational search algorithm(GSA).Numerical examples are given for synthesizing the Cosec-squared patterns of microstrip antenna arrays.Synthesis results show the effectiveness and advantages of the proposed method.
