A Study of the Content of Ionizable Surface Contaminants and Corrosion of PCB

摘要：

　　The quality properties and stability are extremely important to Printed Circuit Boards(PCB).The content of ionizable surface contaminants is an important indicator of the reliability of PCB.In this work,we have confirmed the relation between the content of ionizable surface contaminants and corrosion degree after protection of PCB by IC,ROSE,SEM&EDS,etc.It could be concluded that the ionic cleanliness on the surface of PCB(under 0.55 μg NaCl Eq./cm2)could protect the PCB from corrosion.
