Fast room-temperature sintering of Ag nanoparticles on polyethylene terephthalate film
Silver nanoparticle(AgNP)ink was synthesized with citrates as organic coatings to protect AgNPs.The AgNPs with citrate encapsulated can be sintered at 25 ℃ via a sodium hydroxide treatment.Based on Raman spectra, the hydroxyl groups may partially replace the organic coatings of citrates on the surfaces of AgNPs at 25 ℃,and thus AgNP patterns can be fabricated with good sintering performance. Our study is of great importance to the fast fabrication of the flexible electronic circuits, and the mothed of sodium hydroxide treatment for AgNPs provides an incredible advantage in low-cost and low-environment-impact fabrication of flexible printed circuits.
