Microwell as a biomedical device

摘要：

　　Microwell devices have been widely used in the research of high throughput screening and single cell sequencing,which are both significant to biomedical and clinical fields.However,most devices were based on the process of PDMS as reported and PDMS is not as suitable as thermoplastic and glass for clinical use and mass production.Injection molding of thermoplastic and molding process of glass were provided and the comparison to the conventional processes like hot embossing and laser process were discussed in this work.
