Study on the composite coating process of oxide particles in magnetic thin films
Composite materials have great potential for development.Electrodeposited Ni-Fe alloy is a well-known soft magnetic material and co-deposition of suitable particles is of interest for improving its resistivity. In this paper, the problem of low compounding amount of silica particles in Ni-Fe alloy plating bath was studied. And we effectively increased the amount of particles in the coating. The magnetic properties such as saturation magnetic induction and coercive force were measured for different particle content coatings. The resistivity of the coating containing 5wt%silica particles was measured and its resistivity was as high as 70.68 μΩ·cm.The microstructure of the surface and cross-section of the coating was observed by SEM.It can be seen that the particle distribution in the coating after the particle modification is relatively uniform, but it is still insufficient for magnetic properties.
