Prognostics and Health Management Technology of LED Lamp

摘要：

　　In this paper,the process of prognostics and life prediction technology for LED lamp was presented,the health assessment model and failure prediction model were introduced,and four kinds of failure prediction model such as linear model,exponential model,gray model and high-order model were established,and the validity of the models were verified by using the actual test data of indoor lamps and outdoor lamps.For indoor lamps,the prediction error of the model can be controlled within 1%.For outdoor lamps,the prediction error of the model can be controlled within 5%.
