Corrosion of Cu/Ni/Au coating caused by F element

摘要：

　　The corrosion of Cu/Ni/Au coating by F ion was first reported in this study.The salt spray test of Cu/Ni/Au coating was carried out under the coexistence conditions of F and Cl ions.The morphology and elements of corrosion products were analyzed by SEM and EDS.The results showed that F ion can cause pitting corrosion of Cu/Ni/Au coating.The corrosion of Cu/Ni/Au coating is faster under the coexistence of F and Cl ions than that of Cl ion alone.
