Splitting Tensile Failure Behavior of Sandstone after Heat Treatment
With the help of servo testing machine,Brazilian splitting experiment was carried out on sandstone of different lengths under two conditions of room temperature and high temperature treatment,and DIC method was used to analyze its strain and explore the variation rule of splitting tensile strength of sandstone.The experimental results show that the tensile strength of sandstone at room temperature and after heating both decreases with the increase of length.The expressions of size effect in the two cases are fitted.The experimental results provide references for the stability design of deep underground tunnels with high temperatures.
