Research on Intelligent Sensing Algorithm for Road Sweeper Operation Characteristics
At present,the road condition is judged by the driver when the road sweeping vehicle is performing the shifting operation.Drivers usually use higher gears for work due to several reasons which lead to the waste of energy.This paper using the vehicle-based industrial computer along with the hardware foundation of the vision sensor,applying the Faster-RCNN algorithm to identify the types of road garbage and the road garbage coverage level algorithm based on binarized segmentation,sensing intelligently the road sweeping vehicle operation scene,realizes the correct identification of the types of garbage and the information fusion of the coverage level and the single species.The output CAN signal according to the fusion result provides reliable information input for the gear selection of the vehicle mounted mechanical cleaning equipment.It can also effectively reduces the energy loss caused by improper driver operation,and provides a perceptual level solution for future unmanned intelligent sanitation.
