　　In this paper,through in-depth analysis of TCM health management of hypertensive patients,combined with the actual situation of community TCM health services,explore the research practice,systematically expound the practice of hypertension TCM health management,and deeply analyze the dilemma faced by the community in carrying out the service.And make corresponding suggestions.
