Calculating the True Costs of Land Use Project

摘要：

　　In order to measure the environmental costs in land use projects, we establish two types of Ecological Services Valuation Model: The Large-Scale Ecological Service Valuation Model and the Small-and-Medium Scale Ecological Services Valuation Model. Next, we build the Dynamic Measurement Model of Ecological Services Valuation taking time change into account. We obtain environmental costs based on reduction of ecological services value.
