The Analysis and Countermeasures about Developing the Low-carbon Economy for Lang Fang
Developing low carbon economy and coping with global climate change are the major issue of the countries all over the world.Lang fang is located in the pearl of Jing-jin corridor.Lang fang is not only a city which is adjacent to the capital,but must be one of models about the planning and construction of low carbon economy around the capital regions.Developing the low carbon economy for Lang fang contributes to breakthrough current resources environment bottleneck,meanwhile,it has an important significance to eliminate around Beijing-Tianjin poor regions,to lead the adjustment and promotion of industry and promote the transformation of economic development mode.In order to insure the low emission and energy consumption in the future development of Lang fang,positive strategy plan and countermeasures are needed,especially,support and guarantee in the policy and legally are prerequisite.
