The Research about the problems based on the peoples livelihood priority in Jing-Jin-Ji regionalcoordination
The paper is guided by the spirit of the Fifth Plenum of the 17th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.It outstand the governing idea which the people are the foundation and the peoples livelihood is priorities.It hopes that the government will promote regional harmonious development,speed up the urbanization actively,and implement the general strategy,improve the layout and form of city,focus on the management of urbanization,and construct the regional development pattern that the economic advantages are complemented,the main function orientation is clear,the land and space is effective and the people and the nature are harmoniously.According to the thought the article which aims the Lang fang as the research object researches the problems about the regional harmonious development among Jing-Jin-ji under the priority in the livelihood of the people.It has the great significance for achieving the aim which is people as the foundation and equal public services as well as the people enjoy the results of reform and development.
