Stability Enhancement of Quantum Dot in LED Application by Al2O3 Nanoleaves Assemblies
Stability and thermal quenching are critical for the quantum dots(QDs)based optoelectronic devices.Herein,an assembly structure of QDs and Al2O3 nanoleaves(QDA)is developed to enhance the thermal and photostability of QDs in LED package.The QDA structure provides fast heat dissipation.The resulting QD converted LEDs display low temperature and significantly enhanced stability.The initial optical retention rate increased by more than 46%in the accelerated aging test.
