Research on the Cultivation Mode of Language Service Talents Based on POA Theory

　　In the context of global economic integration,China has further expanded its opening to the outside world.International trade and foreign business activities have become increasingly frequent,especially in the 21st century.Under such background,the language service market has experienced explosive growth.The rapid growth of language service requirements has transformed the original cultivation system translation talents into a multi-level cultivation mode of language service talents.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to explore a set of mechanism in order to cultivate language service talents with high professional quality.This paper tries to put forward some suggestions or solutions based on the theory of POA so that English professionals will better serve the business activities when Chinese enterprises do business in overseas market.
