On Liberal English Education with Critical Thinking

　　Recently,there is a hot discussion about where English major goes.Some authorities in the technological and mechanical universities have canceled English major.What is the goal of English major in cultivation in future? How to get rid of the watery classes in ELT? The CT-oriented teaching and learning in ICC in tertiary level should be the future tendency in our country.To master rules in communication in ICC is one of the tasks in CT-oriented teaching and learning as well.
