Study on Professional Talent Cultivation of English Education in Ethnic AreasColleges
The speed of development in China is getting faster and faster in recent years,and international trade and exchanges have been increasingly frequent,which has further promoted the great progress of English education in terms of quality and scale in universities.The demand of the society for high-quality foreign language talents is increasing day by day.However,due to the hinterland,underdeveloped external economy,less qualified teachers,and lower quality of students in ethnic areas,there is a serious gap between the cultivation of English teaching talents and the occupational demand.This paper makes a brief analysis of the current situation of education professional talent cultivation in universities in ethnic areas,and puts forward countermeasures on how to achieve the connection with the occupational demand,in the hope of providing reference suggestions to relevant education workers.
