Design of Flagstone Transport Device Based on TRIZ Theory
In order to meet the workers requirements for the flagstones transport technology,this paper proposes a new transport method by using the Theory of the Solution of Inventive Problems(TRIZ).Firstly,Substance-Field Model is used for analyzing the problem and proposing preliminary plan according to the general solution.Aiming at finding out the harmful functions in the system of preliminary plan,system function model of the preliminary plan is analyzed and trim those components with harmful functions for the improvement of the degree of Ideality of the system.Finally,a model of flagstone transport device based on TRIZ theory is proposed,which will be analyzed to compare the transport efficiency before and after improvement.
