Reliability Optimization Design of New Automatic Tensioning Belt-Gear Transmission

  Automatic tensioning belt-gear transmission is a new type of transmission mechanism.The reliability optimization design of the device is carried out to meet the working reliability and optimize structural parameters.The design is based on the force balance equation,with the belt transmission reliability as the main constraint condition and the minimum number of belt and the minimum volume of gear as aimed function.The reliability and stability of the design are verified by simulation analysis based on the design results.This design method can ensure the reliability of belt transmission and quickly obtain a set of optimal structural parameters.The advanced design method greatly improves the design speed and quality,and provides an effective design method for the new transmission
