Study on Contact Dynamics of Cylindrical Roller Feeding Mechanism
In the process of sorting,the contact dynamics of cylindrical roller feeding mechanism is studied for the problems of the different motion states,contacts,frictions,impact forces of the different model specifications diameters cylindrical rollers during the whole dimensional sorting system.Firstly,the dynamic model of feeding mechanism is established to determine the dynamic parameters that affect the feeding process.According to the Lagrangian method,the dynamic equation is solved and the dynamic parameters of the system are obtained.The motion state and force of cylindrical rollers with different diameters in spiral groove are analyzed,so that the cylindrical rollers with different qualities can be fed.Secondly,the simulation model of the feeding mechanism is established to determine the technical index values of the feeding mechanism,such as vibration frequency,angular velocity and amplitude,and the Correctness of the simulation model is verified by calculating the degree of freedom of the spatial mechanism.
