Application of Optimization Method and Least Square Method in Reliability Analysis of Bearing Roller

  Two different methods of optimization and least square method are used to solve the reliability model of bearing rollers lifetime in this paper.Two different models of lifetime reliability are obtained.According to the models,two reliability curves were drawn and compared with the experimental data.Then,the lifetime of this bearing rollers are estimated by the models when its reliability is 90%and 50%respectively.The results are compared with experimental data.The conclusion is that the model obtained by least square method is more secure than the model obtained by the optimization method.But the model obtained by least square method is less economical than the model obtained by the optimization method.
