Cross-Cultural Conflicts of Human Resources Management in Sino-American Joint Ventures

  With the acceleration of globalization,the economic cooperation between China and the U.S.A.is becoming continual.There are more and more chances for China and the U.S.A.to broaden their commercial intercourses.Workers from different cultural backgrounds can work together in one joint venture.But the cultural conflicts from both sides appear simultaneously.Because of the distinct customs,cultural backgrounds,laws,and beliefs and the like,the HR managers are responsible for taking measures to solve such problems.At the same time,the U.S.A.,as a representative of the western society,has come into our lives,and also has a subtle influence.The cultural conflicts led by strange ways of thinking and modes of behavior are inevitable in the process of communication.Human resource management is the cross-cultural communication of a specific platform or carrier in todays economic environment.It predicts the demands of HR department then makes plans,recruits staff,and pays remuneration to efficient staff.
