Introduction:The cartilage defects caused by trauma and degenerative arthritis are very commonly encountered diseases.Due to the physiological characteristics of no blood vessels,nerves,and lymphatic system and deficiency of self-regeneration capability in articular cartilage,cartilage defects repair remains a major treatment challenge in orthopedic surgery.
