Recent progress on piezoelectric ceramics with perovskite layer structure(PLS)for high temperature applications

摘要：

High temperature piezoelectric vibration sensors are of great importance in aerospace,nuclear plants and automotive industries for structural control and health monitoring.Piezoelectrics are the key component of high temperature piezoelectric vibration sensors due to the piezoelectric effect of converting the associated mechanical energy into electrical energy.When an operation temperature of over 600°C is required,widely commercially used piezoelectric materials of perovskite,tungsten bronze,bismuth layer structured ferroelectrics are unavailable.
