Multi-multiple Beam Expander Driven by Ultrasonic Motor With Polymer-based Stator

1 General Introduction A zoom laser beam expander driving by a single hollow traveling wave rotary ultrasonic motor is proposed in this paper to meet the requirements of dynamic continuous zoom of the laser beam expander.Considering the single driver,the working principle of the beam expander was analyzed and the moving function curves of zoom lens and compensating lens are presented.The 3D models of the cam mechanism,guiding mechanism and driving mechanism of beam expander are constructed in 3D modeling software,and the force analysis are carried out.
