Introduction Magnetic fluid is a suspension of micro-or nanoscale magnetizable particles in a non-magnetic carrier fluid1.Among the conventional magnetic materials,magnetite has been widely applied in the biomedical field such as magnetic thermal therapy and drug targeting delivery due to the merits of a wide range of diameter,good biocompatibility,and easy to modify the surface.
