Rigidity rising technology of roll-up solar wing based on SMPS

Based on the principle of carpet winding,the design scheme of a roll-up flexible solar wing was proposed.The ultra-thin substrate of the wing was made of high toughness CFRP material,and the ultra-light structures used to reinforce the substrate were prepared by medium-temperature phase-change SMPs.In the launching state,the reinforcement structures were forced to be flattened and wound on the same mandrel,together with the substrate,the solar cells and the interconnection circuits.
