Real-time cure monitoring for composites based on buckypaper sensor

1 General Introduction This paper studies and validates a highly flexible,highly sensitive buckypaper(BP) sensor.The sensor can be embedded in the composite material layer and integrated with the composite material.The information of the buckypaper resistance and temperature during the manufacturing process was collected by an online monitoring system.The correlation mechanism was constructed between the phase change of the composite material and the resistance of buckypaper sensor for real-time monitoring the dynamic curing behavior of composites.
