摘要：

1 General Introduction In traditional design and its relevant existing studies,foundations were approximately modelled as fully fixed,assuming that the neglection of the SSI phenomenon leads to conservation results.However,it is inappropriate to take this strategy for certain scenarios.The response of the SSI systems with short period may be greater than expected based on the fixed-base assumption when subjected to earthquakes with characteristics of near-fault or high frequency 1-2.
