摘要：

1 General Introduction The integration of structural health monitoring and vibration control is cost-effective as they both need the similar hardware devices.In the last decade,some methodologies1-3 have been proposed for the synthesis of structural identification and optimal vibration control.However,it is still a challenging task to integrate the identification and vibration control of time-varying structures under unknown earthquake ground motion.
