1 Introduction The global energy crisis and environmental pollution are becoming increasingly serious,it is imperative to develop new,clean and renewable energy.Piezoelectric material is an energy-saving and environment-friendly functional material,which can generate electricity by deformation under effects of external vibration 1.Therefore,piezoelectric power generation technology by using piezoelectric material has attracted many researchers interest 2.
