摘要：

1 Introduction The treatment of physiological diseases such as malignant tumors not only relies on the chemical characteristics of drugs themselves nowadays,but also hopes to maximize the benefits of drug treatment through non-invasive physical intervention,so as to reduce the side effects caused by the excessive use of drugs on other healthy biological tissues.
