Contact Theoretical Analysis of a Small Piezoelectric Actuator
1 Introduction Traditional research on micro piezoelectric robot pays more attention to the 2D motion in a plane and related control performance 1–4,but lack of the ability to consecutively move in 3D space.Therefore,a contact theoretical analysis of a small piezoelectric actuator is presented to demonstrate how the robot can realize a 3D motion.
