A novel method for stator modal isolation of piezoelectric actuator

摘要：

Aims:In the design of piezoelectric actuator stator,it is at the first important to get the modal information of the structure 1.In this paper,the design of the stator of a circular traveling wave piezoelectric motor is taken as an example.
