1 Introduction Cell micropatterning responding to external stimuli,which can provide scientific insights into cellular activities,is of crucial importance to the development of biosensors,bioreactors,drug screening and tissue engineering.1 And advances in microfabrication and nanotechnology applied to biology have led to the construction of various patterned surfaces for guidance of cell microarrays.
