Influence of Targeting Molecule Stability on Efficiency of TDD

摘要：

Tumors constitute terrible healthy problems to humans and kill millions of people.Chemotherapy is yet unsatisfactory for its serious systemic toxicity due to poor selectivity of drug biodistribution.Effective drug delivery to tumors and reduced distribution to normal organs are highly demanded, as addressed by increasing efforts in tumor targeted drug delivery.This presentation mainly introduces recent advances in active brain tumor targeted drug delivery,especially the influence of the plasma stability of targeting moiety on drug delivery system.
