Targeted Therapy Using Nanoparticle Albumin-Bound Technology

　　Herein, albumin nanoparticle formulations using paclitaxel, doxorubicin, TRAIL or tacrolimus were developed for the purpose of treating cancers, rheumatoid arthritis or pulmonary fibrosis via nanoparticle albumin bound (NabTM) technology.Remarkable targetability and in vivo efficacies of these albumin nanoparticles were demonstrated in relevant mouse disease models.
