The Encapsulated Nano-bubbles by Incubation Lipids with Free Bubbles in Solution

  This report indicated a novel approach to making the gas-filled liposome real which was based on the interaction of lipid with the free nanobubbles in the solution.Two methods were provided, which were dry film-dispersion (A)and lyophilization (B).Results displayed the gas filled liposome obtained from (A) had mean diameter about 200nm and zeta potential of -25.2-± 1.9 mV with layer by layer self-assembled lipid structure with the potential ultrasound imaging ability, while liposome (B) was with low polydipersity index (PDI) and size of nanoscale.Based on the free nanobubbles dispersion, lipids could get controllable construction into shelled nanobubbles, which has great hope of broaden nanobubbles theranostic applications in the future.
