Development and Bioequivalence Study of Potassium Chloride Extended Release Tablets

摘要：

　　The extended release tablets of potassium chloride 600 mg (equivalent to 8 mEq), using Eudragit RL or ethyl cellulose as coating were developed.The bioequivalence study was performed on 24 healthy volunteers showed that the ethyl cellulose coated product was equivalent to reference product, namely Kaleorid LP 600 mg (Leo Pharmaceutical Products-Denmark).
