Solidification of Lipid Based Nanosystems

　　Self microemulsifying systems (SME) of castor oil and nanoemulsions of wheat germ oil were prepared using titration and high pressure homogenization techniques, respectively to obtain droplet size of less than 150 nm.Solidification of both lipid based nanosystems was achieved by adsorption onto solid carriers and spray drying with inert carrier,respectively.Both nanosystems and their dried powders were characterized.The redispersion of these powders could render droplet size of less than 200 nm,readily for in-vitro cellular study.
